Brace, Amy K.
Amy Brace received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Sociology/Spanish from Calvin College and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. In 1994, she began working as an outpatient therapist in the Counseling Center at Bethany Christian Services, a non-profit adoption and social services agency with over 70 locations in 30 states and 13 international countries. Amy continues to work for this agency based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in the capacity of Supervisor of the Outpatient Counseling Center. Amy’s professional passion is working with children, particularly young children with histories of complex trauma, although she also has extensive experience working with teens, adults, families and groups.
