She is an expert in helping those with opposing positions communicate with one another. She specializes in identifying and addressing the underlying issues that hinder or prevent communication. Virginia advocates for solutions to situations that are effective, efficient and sustainable. In addition to her work in the United States, she has eight years of in-country experience living and working on human rights issues in Belgium and Brazil. Virginia is a graduate of St. Louis University. She has been married for 33 years and has three adult children.
