Scott Koon holds a Master of Arts in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Computer Science. He has over 21 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, 16 of which have been in Information Technology Management. In 2000 he was named one of IT Support News’ “Service 25”– an annual listing of support professionals and organizations that IT Support News’ editors feel have made an impact on the Support Industry. He has been instrumental in developing a regional Help Desk training program, facilitates Crucial Conversations, helps individuals with career planning, and has spoken regularly at regional, national, and international conferences. Most recently he developed and facilitates the IT mentoring program for a large health care organization in the upper Midwest. He loves to fly airplanes and lives with his wife, daughter and their cat in Minnesota.
