Kristin Sjolie is a September, 2013 AIT graduate, holds a BS in Family Studies from UW-Stout, and a Life Coaching Certification from Adler Graduate School. She is the owner of LifeJourney Coaching and Consulting where she offers Caregiver Wellness Coaching, Life Coaching, and offers speaking presentations on topics of Personal Wellbeing, and Dementia Strategies for Caregivers from the Inside Out. Kristin has worked for Mayo Clinic Health System – Waseca, The Alzheimer’s Association, and Caring Source in the field of Caregiver Support for 8 years and for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown School District in Early Childhood Family Education Parent Education for 11 years. Kristin lives with her fiancé on a peaceful late 1800’s farmstead surrounded by restored prairie near Waseca, MN. They share five grown daughters, four grandchildren, six horses, five dogs and two cats. She enjoys time with friends and family, horseback riding and participating in Icelandic Horse Drill Team Events, walking, gardening, reading, lifelong learning, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and noticing the gifts that each day brings.
